The cinnamon trees that produce the "Ceylon" or "true" cinnamon, which thrive in Sri Lanka, are the source of the aroma of Aura Cacia Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil.
The same tree that yields cinnamon bark oil is used to extract cinnamon leaf oil. Although they have comparable uses, clove bud oil is more chemically similar to cinnamon leaf oil.
