We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Below is our current shipping policy, including important information regarding USPS Priority, common issues, and our liability policy.

Discreet Shipping

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy. There is no indication of the contents on the outer packaging.

Shipping Method

We ship all domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail, which typically delivers within 3-5 business days depending on the destination. We provide alternatives such as Priority Mail, or USPS 2nd Day.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Common USPS Issues

While USPS Regular Mail is generally reliable, there are occasional issues that may arise:

• Tracking Delays: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
• Misdelivery: Packages may be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Please allow 24-48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact USPS directly to file a claim or inquire with your local carrier first. Contact us with the results and we will do our best to solve the issue.

Liabilities

Once your package leaves our facility and is in the possession of USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. However, we are happy to assist in initiating claims with the carrier. We will also work with our customers so that they receive the merchandise. Customer satisfaction is our goal and we do our best to iron out such issues.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
