Citronella (Cymbopogon nardus) essential oil purifies the air and shields from bothersome annoyances through sprays, diffusions, or body lotions and balms, making it particularly excellent for outdoor use.
Sri Lankan organic citronella essential oil is used in Aura Cacia products. The complete plant, a perennial grass that is harvested three to five times annually, is used to distill the oil.
