Homemade Aura Cacia A singular essential oil known as myrrh is obtained from the gum resin of a tree that can be found in Somaliland. One of the plants with the oldest histories of use is myrrh. More than 6,000 years ago, it was exchanged. Along with frankincense, it was used in religious rituals by the ancient Babylonians.
The botanicals from which organic essential oils are derived are produced in accordance with the USDA's Organic Standards, setting them apart from conventional oils.
